At Glomo, we strive to provide a smooth and secure shopping experience for all our customers. Please read the following payment terms carefully before placing your order:
1. Cash on Delivery (COD) for Personalised Products
If you place a Cash on Delivery (COD) order for any personalised item, our team will request an advance payment of ₹100.
This helps us confirm your order, as personalised products are made exclusively for you and cannot be resold.
2. COD Orders Above ₹1300
For all COD orders exceeding ₹1300, an advance payment of ₹100 is required.
This is to partially cover the higher shipping and handling costs associated with high-value orders and to ensure a commitment to the order.
3. How to Pay the Advance
Once your order is placed, our team will reach out to you via WhatsApp or call with the payment details for the advance amount.
Your order will be processed only after the advance payment is successfully received.
4. Non-payment of Advance
If the advance is not paid within 24–48 hours of placing the order, we reserve the right to cancel the order without further notice.
